Joyce McQueen, 59
Joyce Ann McQueen, 59, Cumberland, passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport.
She is preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Mary Fields Coots and two brothers Virgil Jr. and Jackie Coots.
She is survived by her husband, Harrison "Julio" McQueen, Cumberland; three children, Sandy Cope (Rick), Benham; Patty Cornett (Jody), Jonesville, VA; and David McQueen (Chevon), Cumberland; one brother, Charles Coots, Cumberland; six grandchildren, Ryan and Elizabeth Cope, Benham; Justin and Zachary McQueen, Cumberland; Michael and Peyton Cornett, Jonesville, VA; and three special friends, Nick, Jay and Billy Clay of Cumberland.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010 from 6-9 pm at the Cumberland Pentecostal Church. Funeral services will be Monday, July 19, 2010 at 2pm. at the church with Rick Cope and Michael Blair officiating. Pallbearers are David McQueen, Ryan Cope, Jay Clay, Billy Clay, Merrill Galloway, Jody Cornett, and honorary pallbearer Nick Clay.
Interment will be in Creech Cemetery, Cumberland.
Tri City Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
