OBITUARY


Wilma Blevins, 80

 Wilma Orick Blevins, 80, of Cumberland , passed away Friday, June 18, 2010. She was a homemaker and member of the Eastern Star and believed in the Pentecostal Faith.

She is preceded in death by her husbands Charles Orick and Oley Blevins and her parents Cleo and Gertie Slaven Shelton and grandson, Chris Orick.

She is survived by her children Michael (Judy) of Rosspoint, Donna Prewitt (Jack) of Putney, Jerry Orick (Debbie), Grenwood Arkansas, David Orick, Of Cumberland, Darla Crow (Thomas) of Cumberland, Frank Orick (Rebecca), Cumberland, Faye Turner (William) Big Laurel, Ky. and five brothers, Roger Shelton, Cumberland, Don Shelton, Partridge, Joe Shelton, Eolia, Eddie Shelton, Partridge, and Jack Shelton, Madisonville, Ky., three sisters, Marilyn Sumpter and Francis Ryan of Eolia and Barbara Creech of Cumberland, grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Justin, Jeremy, Shawn, April, Robin, Faye, Willie and Ricky, great-grandchildren, Woods, Emorie, Dakota, Hunter, Natalie and Kayleigh.

Wilma was a woman of great faith who loved the Lord. She was always busy crocheting, doing needlework, and making friends. She had an infectious sense of humor and never met a stranger. She was an endless caretaker for her family.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 19, 2010 after 6pm at the Chapel of Tri City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 2pm at the funeral home with Roland “Bo” Lee officiating.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will be at Sandhill Cemetery , Cumberland .
