OBITUARY
Joyce Walker, 67
Joyce Parsons Walker, 67, Eolia, passed away Monday, June 7, 2010 at her home.
She was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lenville and Ethel Galloway Parsons and one brother Lenville Ray Parsons.
She is survived by two children, Ronnie Parsons of Eolia and Michael Ivey of Newport, TN, One brother Larry Wayne Parsons and two sisters Wanda Mcknight and Barbara Hampton, two grandchildren: Jenny Kirkpatrick and Steven Ivey of Newport, TN and two great-grandchildren Kiara and Rylee.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 5pm to 8pm at the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Wednesday June 9, 2010 at 1pm at the funeral home with Melburn Mcknight and Verdell Sturgill officiating. Pallbearers will be Roger Sturgill, David Morris, R.B. Browning, Parnell Parsons, Larry Joe Ison and Mike Sturgill. Burial will be at Maggard Cemetery.
Tri City Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
